This is a Survey to gather information about the interests of our Club Members and NOT A VOTE to Authorize Capital Improvements!!!  We need to get an idea on what the interests are of our members and what they propose as future improvements.  This will take about 5 minutes to complete so plan accordingly.

The information received from our members from this survey will be kept in the strictest confidence and used to plan club activities and future expansion.  We need everyone’s input, but please don’t answer any question you feel is confidential.
